Without caregivers and domestic workers, our economy would come to a halt. Because of their importance, I'm reintroducing the Domestic Workers Bill of Rights in the Senate. This is a landmark bill that would finally make sure more than 2.2 million domestic workers across the United States...are protected by our labor laws. laws. This legislation would guarantee that domestic workers have the same rights as other workers overtime pay, paid sick days, time off, and protection from unsafe conditions and harassment.
