So they're not following the disclosure regime that we have. And unfortunately Members of Congress... have a 17.5% higher return rate than the S&P 500. So clearly members of Congress aren't necessarily smarter, but they are trading on non public information. So I think if you can ban the buying and selling of stocks and digital assets during the length of their service. (16:04–16:27)
