And so traditionally we've required disclosure. We had the Stock act over the last decade, but unfortunately when it comes to buying and selling stocks, Members of Congress are doing it. 1 in 3 are buying and selling stocks, but ONLY 1 in 9 are actually disclosing those purchases. So they're not following the disclosure regime that we have. And unfortunately members of Congress, or maybe fortunately for them, they have a 17.5% higher return rate than the S&P 500. (16:04–16:15)
