In 2005, I ran in a 2 to 1 Republican district on getting out of of the Iraq war. In 2011, after I traveled to Afghanistan, I was among the first Democrats to call for bringing our combat troops home from Afghanistan. It was the right position then, and it's the right position today. What we need is the political will to get it done. (17:58–18:09)
