And so that became passionate for me and that you have to pay market. It's a business principle to get the best and brightest in our classroom. So I think we have changed that dynamic and now We are regionally very, very competitive on our teacher pay. We also are promoting, we've got some teachers making $100,000 a year, really big salaries because we want to keep the best teachers in the classroom and pay based on merit. (03:55–03:59)
