Rich people already have school choice. They move to the best neighborhoods, they can put their kids in the best schools. And so we wanted that for every family. So everywhere I go in Oklahoma, I have working families coming up to me and they say, thank you, Governor, because you allowed us to go to this private school with this refundable tax credit.
