Well, I believe it is a supply side issue. We need to continue to encourage development on housing. We need to continue to encourage the entrepreneurs to meet the needs. And Sometimes with overregulation, you can stammy the growth of those type of developments. So that's one of the, one of the practical ways that we can do it with homeownership.
