You know, the statute itself, very clearly in the way it's written, you know, preferential, those that were listed that were selected by the legislature back in 1990. And so in order to, you know, proper stewardship of taxpayer dollars, We looked at addressing this issue in a way that would save taxpayer dollars, abide by the Constitution, and give all Texans equal footing when it comes to doing business with the state. I think the Constitution and I too have had conversations with Senator west and he understands as an attorney kind of where we are. And so, you know, it's been very cordial conversations.
