I mean, all Texans should be able to participate in our bidding process and our procurement process. And we wanted to make sure that we didn't, you know, have any discrimination. I mean, Part of this statute assumed that based on your skin color, that you were economically disadvantaged. Well, that's discriminatory to make that assumption. And so.
