We have a lot of communities that were dying that are now growing and making sure that we address those issues first and foremost being able to buy a home. That's why we have a property tax proposal that would significantly help with that. We also have a housing proposal that will help get affordable housing into a lot of different communities. Because the only way you keep housing prices down is by making sure that you are one, property taxes don't grow so you price people out of their house and two, make sure there's enough scale and comps that there's actually housing available.
