I think one recognize that North Dakota is at an advantage compared to other places. We still have it in that we have our economy is getting younger. Our state has grown by 162,000 people in 20 years. We have a lot of communities that were dying that are now growing and making sure that we address those issues first and foremost being able to buy a home. (01:53–01:58)
