But what steps should the next administration take to stabilize accessing going forward? Well, for a long time Democrats have fought to expand Badger care, expand Medicaid here in Wisconsin. We're one of the very few states that has not done it [expanded Medicaid]. And I'm very sorry to say that as a result of the big ugly bill federal budget that passed last summer, that option is now functionally off the table for Wisconsin until things change federally.
