You know, this state has pretty high infant and maternal mortality, for instance. We have really shameful racial disparities in a lot of our health care outcomes. And just in general, In the United States, we spend more per person than on average than almost any other developed country. And yet our outcomes, our health outcomes are actually worse. We have shorter lifespans. So we're doing it wrong. And that's because our dollars are spent really inefficiently. (11:01–11:07)
