Let's keep in mind, a living wage doesn't mean for a family, it means one person is able to support him or herself. Just the basics, no frills, no vacations, just housing, food, transportation and utilities. The bare minimum. Right. And There is no county in the state, not one of our 72 counties, where $20 an hour today is a living wage for a single person. So we are really catching up here. And when I hear that, oh, nobody makes you know, $15 an hour or 725 an hour, I just say, well, that's not true because I talk to Wisconsinites all the time. (04:14–04:22)

CLAIM

Asserts that $20 an hour is not a living wage in any of Wisconsin's 72 counties.
