They had the entire session Democrats. We gave them many opportunities to repeal the 400 year veto, to fund our schools appropriately and stave off the kinds of big property tax increases that all of us are seeing now in our property tax bills at every turn. They refuse to do it because they would rather have the political weapon. They'd rather be able to blame the governor and say, look at what your property taxes than actually solve the problem and protect our pocketbooks. (06:11–06:29)
