It has really been an all hands on deck challenge for us. Our school districts have stepped up, our community college and universities to make sure that we have the workforce. A lot of this technology has never been used in the United States before. So you can't just hire the last team that did it. It feels a little bit like magic how much they can put on one tiny chip.
