These are all good signs that I have confidence that we're going to be able to manage our water. One of the risks regarding water is California's misuse of water. And of course, Them [California] being the last one to take a cut at any point. We're going to need a fighter in there in Congress that will fight to make sure that we don't take the cuts that California is causing on us as one of the lower basin states that we are here.
