Well, we have to understand that part of the challenge here is the training that these officers go through. From the hiring point of saying you're in and then you go to the academy and you get the training. It can be up to about 23 months on average of an officer going from you're hired to here's your badge and you're on the ground. So it does take a while so we can make some changes in this process to be able to speed it up in A safe way to put it through. (04:54–05:03)
