First, it was a nonpartisan race. There was no Dem or Rep next to Kat or. Or's names. And so I think for a lot of people That allowed... people who had a tribal identity affiliation with the Republican Party... to vote in line with their actual thoughts about how PCC should be run. I think, or successfully embarrassed himself a lot more. And Katt was able to get that out there. It was a race that I think hinged on questions of both competence and whether or not you want to privatize PCC. (11:21–11:33)
