Last week, GE Aerospace announced that it would be expanding its site in West Jefferson and Ashe County, creating 44 new jobs and investing $53 million in that county. The facility will produce some of the most critical parts used in an airplane engine. Their narrow body CFM leap engines specifically. (08:56–09:06)
