The Republican leaders in the the Senate made clear that they were not going to pass recurring funding for mass transit. Their leadership stated that publicly. And so We were forced to basically adjust the funding, the capital dollars that were available for SEPTA and prt, which is out in Pittsburgh, and allow them to use it over the next couple years for operations. It is my hope that we can come back to this, that the Senate will rethink their opposition to recurring revenue and fund mass transit agencies like Lanta, which are so critical here in the Lehigh Valley.
