I made very clear to Secretary Noem, who I know is on her way out, and I'll reiterate this to Mark Wayne Mullen, should he become secretary, that we're not going to stand for this in Pennsylvania. We put them on notice this week that for them to try and stand up a facility like that is going to require them to meet all kinds of obligations to the people of Pennsylvania on public health, public safety and environmental protection. It seems very clear to me that they will not be able to meet that burden. And as such, should they not be able to meet that burden, we would not issue the permit. (11:17–11:36)
