This is one of many housing reforms that I'm working on in the Commonwealth as an important part of our housing action plan that was devised by my secretary of policy, Akbar Hussein, who joins us here today. A ten year plan to build more housing, to reform our housing laws. And this is an important housing law that needs to be reformed and to make our housing more affordable across Pennsylvania.
