I believe the state has the power to conduct an investigation and should. I think the second point about the mission is also something that I would respectfully push back on. We have seen courts curtail the power of this president when it comes to the National Guard as an example. I believe that there is a similar 10th Amendment argument to that can be made. I believe they're making it in a court in Minnesota today or tomorrow, and it is important that that be pursued. (08:13–08:22)
