I've got a divided legislature in Harrisburg, in our state capitol, and yet we've been able to come together and make historic investments in public education and public safety. Our economy is growing. In fact, we have the only economy in the Northeast that's growing in the United States. We've cut taxes seven times and we have an $8 billion surplus.
