I know you want the right to be able to say no to bad projects and developers who don't listen to your concerns, who treat you with disrespect, who try to raise your utility costs or pollute your resources. This executive order returns that power to the people today. With this executive order, I'm putting these developers on notice, letting them know that we will not let them bully my fellow Pennsylvanians. (15:30–15:35)
