Well, as I said, you know, Tom, there are more than 100 speculative projects that are out there right now, and only five even have permits to move forward. None are actually operational. This executive order comes on the heels of me back in February announcing the grid requirements strengthened through the voices of the people of Pennsylvania who I've listened to. In addition to that, what you have seen during that interim time period are a whole bunch of developers who have come here to Pennsylvania who've tried to run roughshod over our communities.
