I'm here in part today as well, because the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has invested in this zoo, including recently a $3 million capital assistance grant, to help build this new welcome center and The extraordinary veterinary hospital [at the Elmwood Park Zoo] is now a model for zoos all across this country. They do amazing work here at the zoo, and their doors are opened up to animals all across Pennsylvania in needing help.
