And so when I think about the opportunity our Commonwealth has to grow our economy to be a model for the rest of the country, I think about places … State secured this $3.5 billion facility in the Valley which is projected to create 850 permanent jobs and over 2,000 construction jobs. … like all of these folks have joined me in making, and that creates opportunity.
