We have about 80,000 jobs in the state government. It opened up the doors of opportunity to damn near all of those jobs. Over the last three years, more than 60% of the people we have hired don't have a college degree. Why'd we do that? Because we wanted to send a clear message from the get go that we respect all pathways to opportunity. You want to go to the military, we respect that. (10:51–11:00)
