And so my message to these developers is if you want to get permitted by the commonwealth, you gotta meet these standards. You gotta meet the governor's grid standards. Right now, our lawmakers and again, I've got a divided legislature, Senate led by Republicans by just two seats and a House led by Democrats by just one seat. A little different than Morrissey's situation in West Virginia. But we have made clear this should be a policy priority.
