So my theory of the case is, well, we'll actually provide fewer subsidies if we can get you to market quicker. That saves taxpayers money. And so that's kind of been our theory of the case. I think it's working. Our economy's growing, we're creating a lot of jobs. And a big part of that, I think, is because of permit reform.
