We also, for business owners, created the employer child care contribution tax credit so they can contribute to their employees to child care costs and be able to do that tax free. On top of that, we're helping Pennsylvanians who chose to go to college [can now] deduct their student loans off of their state income taxes. Again, another tax cut to benefit Pennsylvanians. And we've cut the corporate net income tax each year I've been in office three times, which has saved businesses a billion and a half dollars. (07:23–07:32)
