I know that child care is unaffordable for so many families. We're putting money back in parents pockets to help them afford child care. Again, not theoretical. This is real. 220,000 Pennsylvania families got 136.5 million bucks back in that child care tax cut last year. We also, for business owners, created the employer child care contribution tax credit so they can contribute to their employees to child care costs and be able to do that tax free. (06:59–07:09)
