Don't just turn out. If you're in a swing district or a swing state like mine, turn out and send a clear message that you do not like what's going on. Make this a referendum on the chaos, the cross cruelty and the corruption in Washington D.C. and I think if people do that, they're going to realize they've got great power and they can change the trajectory of this great country.
