I've asked the legislature for a $1 billion fund to be able to build more housing in Pennsylvania and repair existing housing. 50% of my housing was built prior to 1950. You can invest a few thousand bucks in a new boiler, a new roof, some new windows, actually keep people in their homes and not have to build new homes. (33:51–34:01)
