Obviously this gives SEPTA Runway. You talked about the new leadership and some changes they might want to make. But this capital funding isn't going to last forever. What comes next? I think it gives us two years to see the changes that SEPTA will make. It also gives us two years to see if we can change minds or change some of the people in the state Senate and see what we can do to get recurring revenue that will ultimately help all 67 counties in Pennsylvania.
