We've actually devolved in terms of outcomes for kids. And everybody across the board, I think even the governor has acknowledged that performance has gone backwards in almost every metric in the last six years. So much so that the Secretary of Department instruction, his hand picked successor, had to lower the standards and then he wouldn't even make that veto to set it back to his own standards.
