You look at Milwaukee Public Schools where we're throwing money left over right and voters are even approving referendums and this is happening all across the state. Money is not the, it's what we're incentivizing. The system that we've built for funding our schools, you know, as a model that was adopted back in the 90s and even goes farther back into the 70s.
