And I think the answer is pretty simple. He's not a leader. Leaders bring people together. So here's a really good illustration. So this last state budget two years ago, The governor and legislative leadership miraculously are talking to each other to get that budget done. It's fantastic, wonderful thing. And they negotiate the back and forth between things like shared revenue and school funding. Everybody, everybody knows that was. Both of those were monumentous changes. (11:40–11:51)
