We spoke with Attorney General Josh Kahl about the arguments Democrats are making. This lawsuit argues the Constitution grants states the authority to conduct elections. In what ways do you think this order undermines that? The Constitution very clearly indicates that states are primarily responsible for the administration of elections. If there is an interest for the federal government to get involved, there is legislation that could be passed. But what happened here is that the President advocated for the so called Save America act, but it wasn't passed. (00:18–00:25)
