First of all, election administrators would need to overhaul the way that our process works extremely rapidly while they're in the midst of preparing for the other things they normally need to do to conduct an election. It could result in people who are eligible to vote not being included on this list and potentially either having restricted access to voting or maybe even not having their votes counted.
