And so it's got some of the most beautiful Art deco, which is a part of architecture that I like. They've got an enormous amount of, of human resources, human capital, their mind power. They are advancing the sciences in Alzheimer's. Isn't that incredible? And they have Pre World War II equipment, beakers and things.
