Well, if you look at the South African government during the era of the 1980s when Nelson Mandela was called a terrorist, when President Cyril Ramaphosa was called a terrorist. The United States government had a policy in place where they had a minority rule [in South Africa]. It was whites that were in the minority that ruled the majority of blacks. And that was the law.
