And when I was speaker of the House in Ohio, I created a program in 2005 called The EdChoice Scholarship is a statewide voucher program, now has over 160,000 children enrolled in it at some level. And the Urban Institute recently conducted a study that showed that children who have a voucher in the edChoice scholarship are 32% more likely to enroll in college than those who remained in the same public schools.
