What frustrates me is you have to prioritize things. We do not have the resources to completely do the work that needs to be done. But we're getting there. And We're not committed not to raising taxes till we cut out waste and duplication and conflicts of interest. And there's plenty some corruption and we report it to the authorities. And I guess time too. I never get finished. At the end of the day, I just finally have to go home. (41:54–42:02)
