We had over 30 letters from interest groups as diverse as Acres, Home Chamber, Commerce and the west side Business association, the Houston Partnership, the AFL cio. So, you know, it doesn't get much better representing Houston. And so We gave like 90 briefings across Houston. Can't think Stephen David enough. He took it upon himself to brief the different groups. But we were well prepared. Council members understood it and it passed 15 to 1. (04:08–04:12)
