Getting back to elections matter, This state needs a mental health system to help people get off the street. Also, the homeless is impacted by the criminal justice system. You go down at San Jacinta tonight behind the county jail or the one right there on San Jacinta at midnight tonight, they raise that big old garage door and 300 defendants are released.
