Obamacare, it's out of control and that's where the money is. But a lot of those are red states. Where. There are red states for sure. But you take a state States like New York or California...do things like provider taxes that they use to leverage to get more federal revenue. federal revenue, federal money coming in, then rebate the taxes to the providers. There are a lot of games that are played and but I think there are things that most people agree on that are reforms like work requirements. (05:59–06:09)
