But you can only do so much right in the skinny budget where you don't deal with some of the long term legacy issues like Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid. And Social Security is not eligible under the law for reconciliation. And so much with Medicaid, President's taken Medicare off the table. But if you look at where the spending is, general fund spending because both Medicare and Social Security have payroll taxes and about half of Medicare is general fund, about half is payroll tax.
